The objective of the project is to provide students with the tools and resources they need to successfully self-determine their career paths and explore their strengths. Through a three-day training program led by invited specialists, students will learn how to effectively manage their careers and become career consultants as a result of TOT. The project will also involve visits to educational institutions and the invitation of various specialists to speak about career-related topics. The project team will work closely with organizations such as RDFG, Samtskhe-Javakheti State University, Opizar College, and the local government to ensure a successful and comprehensive program for the students.
