The goal of this project is to increase awareness and address hidden forms of violence against women in Akhalkalaki municipality. To achieve this goal, students will conduct research on the forms of violence prevalent in the region, and will invite law enforcement officers and human rights defenders to participate in the presentation of their findings. The team will also create bilingual booklets and a television program to share information about violence against women and the ways in which it can be addressed. Additionally, the team will host a regional conference and create a forum theater to engage the community in discussions about this issue. The project will involve the participation of various organizations, including representatives from the press, government and non-governmental sectors, and law enforcement structures.
