The goal of this project is to increase students' understanding of different career options and the importance of career planning. To achieve this, students will conduct a survey on career choice, invite a representative from a local college to give a lecture on career selection, and meet with successful professionals from various fields. The project will also include training on self-esteem, informational posters about different careers, career exhibitions, and workshops with practical exercises for students and parents. Educational tours and internships at local organizations will provide students with firsthand experience of different career environments, and a day camp will help students develop decision-making skills and awareness of their work values through practical exercises and role-playing games. The project involves partnerships with the Vocational College "Black See," the Adjara Employment Agency, school graduates, "Sanitas"Rehabilitation Center, and Maritime Hospital
