Key steps include conducting surveys, creating an improvement plan, raising awareness through meetings and booklets, organizing conferences on school values, involving parents in discussions, facilitating group activities, and collaborating on an animated project. The project also involves purchasing inventory and improving the resource room for the benefit of inclusive education.
