This project aims to empower students, especially girls, by fostering talent identification and development. Student led activities include hosting educational sessions, such as ceramics lessons and insights on usage of social media for business development. The project will also guide students on starting small businesses and showcases successful alumni. The final event features an exhibition of student-created ceramic products and informational displays to inspire informed choices for independent living and integration into society.
